How do you reverse “fatty liver”?
There is a fair amount of research on fatty liver and diet/nutrition in the medical library (easily accessed online). One of the biggest problems is being overweight -- when a person has too much body fat, the fat content in the liver also is high. Too much alcohol intake can also be a problem, as can too little intake of the nutrient choline (best found in egg yolks). For almost all people, addressing these three key issues can help reduce the risk of fatty liver.
