HR+ Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects excluding wear and tear (such as physical force or water ingress).

Due to the nature of the product, for hygiene reasons, we have to scrap any HR+ that have been used so we can't offer a no questions asked refund for product that has been opened. We will always try to resolve issues before we go to an RMA. Please email sales@philmaffetone.com with details of any issues you are having.

If the product hasn't been opened and the packaging is still sealed then please email sales@philmaffetone.com and we will provide you with an RMA reference, a return address and a full credit of the purchase price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
