My Heart Rate monitor does not connect to the MAF app

If your bluetooth heart rate monitor is not connecting to the MAF App:

  1. Make sure that your phone is NOT synced via bluetooth with your iPhone. 
  2. If it is, turn off and restart bluetooth to un-sync it.

If the phone is NOT synced and the heart rate monitor still doesn't connect, it may be that your model of heart rate monitor is not fully compatible with our app. For a list of tested & compatible heart rate monitors, check out our FAQ by that name.

This is an issue that we are currently working on to resolve. Ideally, the heart rate monitor should connect to the MAF app whether or not the phone is also synced. If you're an app user, we'll let you know via email when it is fixed.
